the in-room clock was wrong it made me nearly miss checkout. the provided breakfast also felt repetitive. i noticed the same limited options each day i visited it lacked variety. the shower temperature was inconsistent it fluctuated unexpectedly during use

Mediocre stay WITH mixed experiences
limited varietydrainage issues
The breakfast options were TOO limited , offering little variety each day. The dining area felt cramped during peak hours. the lack of a bidet in the bathroom was an inconvenience, and i noticed some minor drainage issues in the shower , WHICH was frustrating.

The hotel is close to public transport making it easy to explore the city. Front desk staff like Najwa and Gabriella showed true warmth. The suite had a full kitchen and comfy bed. The breakfast selection was good.
The clock on the wall was running behind so I was almost late for check out!

The laundry facilities are a real bonus for longer stays. The kitchenette has everything you need. I saw locals relaxing at a park just two minutes away from the hotel. It's great for a quick break.

the hotel is located centrally within walking distance to many attractions and transport hubs. facilities were clean. the room size was good. the hotel offered a great option for business travelers.
I was almost late to check out as the clock on the wall was behind by an hour. My phone and watch were on charge.

The breakfast offered varied options that I found enjoyable. The hotel provides a gym and a laundromat for guest use. Rooms feature a fridge, safe, microwave, hair dryer, toaster, iron, ironing board, and coffee maker. I appreciated the included dishwasher and electric kettle.
The clock on the wall was running an hour behind. This almost made me late for check out.

Really good Stay with Great Service

The reception area created an immediately positive first impression because of its design. Our room had a spacious layout and tasteful decor, even with a mini kitchen including a dishwasher (very useful for longer stays). I found the shower excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.
The clock in my room was inaccurate by an hour, which almost made me late for checkout. I suggest the clocks be checked regularly.

The breakfast had an excellent selection catering to various needs (especially good if you want a hearty start). Complimentary tea, coffee, and water were available all day, a nice touch. The social event on Monday evenings added to the cute atmosphere.
